2 Largely Furnished Rooms in Bright, Spacious Apt

Hey! I'm moving out of my first-floor, pre-war, bright, spacious apartment and need someone to fill my space: 2 rooms connected w/ private door. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Less than 5 min from 3-train, right across the street from a Walgreens, a block from grocery store, laundromat, and close to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc.

Rooms can come largely furnished as pictured — minus the bed (and maybe another item or two). But flexible on most items and open to discussing what stays or goes based on your preferences (e. g. a nice futon w/ tray style arms, desk, treadmill, TV, AC unit, clothes rack, blankets and sheets, etc.)

The roommate is an awesome, easygoing, mid-30s baker, who has a super sweet and friendly dog. Pit/hound mix, no bark. Open to another pet (given they get along)!

Looking for someone thoughtful, clean, and respectful. People who identify as bipoc and lgbtqiaa+ very welcome. Liberal-minded, eco-conscious ideal.
