Sunlit Room In Crown Heights

HI! My current roommate is leaving, to move in with the love of his life, so I am looking for a new roommate! Your move in date would be September 1st. This is a lovely room, with high ceilings There are two large windows, and the room fills with sunlight every morning.

The Apartment is on the second floor. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, with a kitchen, living room, and bathroom in between.

The utilities (gas, electric, internet) this past year, averaged about $120. a month, per person.

The 4/5 2/3 Franklin Ave. subway station is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

Prospect Park is 7 city blocks away. The Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, The Brooklyn Museum, Library, & Zoo are all within walking distance.

There are Laundromats, grocery stores, and many wonderful restraunts nearby.

Hi! My name is, Maria, and as you see from the photos, I have a ?lil dog! I work in a frame shop/Art store. I have a varied work schedule, my hours and days off are different from week to week. I commute to work on the subway, but I am very conscious of doing all I can to remain healthy, and keep everyone around me safe as well!! I wear a mask around others, adhere to social distancing guidelines, and wash my hands often. I am all about being careful in this crazy time, and I would ask my roommate to do the same. I also would like to maintain a tranquil, clean, and quiet living space, so no party animals or clutter.

The landlords Rental application requirements are :
* Employment verification: a months worth of current pay stubs, w-2, 1040, 1099, Copies of most recent bank statements. Send all that applies
* Provide a copy of ID
* A nonrefundable application fee of $20. is required for each applicant/ guarantor - payable to our management company
* New tenant will need to pay a months rent security deposit
