Creative Roommates, Peaceful Apartment

Seeking a subletter to take over my room in a recently renovated 4 bedroom unit in Crown Heights for March 1st!
~ Sublet would be for the next 3 months (through June 1st,) with the option to sign the lease as my room mates will be re signing. (I am moving in with my partner.)
~ The room is standard size. I currently fit a bookshelf, small desk and full sized mattress. It has a decent closet and lovely natural lighting! The room will be empty for you to move into but I will be selling the bed and box spring if that is of interest to you!
~ You'd be living with three other room mates, they are all women in their mid-late twenties who work in fashion/retail/and art! They are very friendly and creative and have been reliable, communicative and wonderful people to live with! Everyone does keep to them self for the most part when home and has busy schedules, and we don't bring the party back here, one person does not drink, so it is an ideal place for someone looking for a quiet/low-key/non-chaotic environment :)

~ The apartment is right off of Nostrand Ave which has a lot of businesses of different varieties! There is a grocery store literally right across the street, a laundromat two blocks away, the A/C train is a five minute walk away and the 3 train is as well!
~ The apartment features 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom and a kitchen in addition to the four bedrooms. Nobody is militant about cleaning but everyone likes to contribute to a natural ebb and flow to keep the place tidy and never messy!
~ It is $837.50 a month and utilities are usually around 50$ a month
~ Unfortunately we cannot have pets at this time :(
