Looking to fill our 3rd bedroom

Hi! My roommate Manny and I are looking for someone to join us at our new apartment. We just moved here the beginning of December for a one year lease. You?d be getting the smallest room of the 3 but for being the small room it?s still a good size. Rent is $833 per month, and there?s a deposit of $1666. You would have to fill out an application for the landlord, however he's a very laid back guy and is willing to look past paperwork if your credit and income aren't great. He'll most likely want to meet you and get a feel for you, as he did with us. But as long as you're a good person and can pay your share it won't be an issue. We'd also be splitting gas/electric bills and cable/wifi if you use it. The building is about a 15 min walk from the A/C Utica Ave stop and less than 10 mins (if you walk fast like me) from the 3/4 Crown Hts Utica Ave stop. Also there's shared laundry in the basement which is a bonus. We are allowed pets but unfortunately Manny is allergic to cats and dogs...so you can blame him for that lol.

Manny and I are close in age - I'm 27 he's 29. We've been friends a few years but this is our first time living together, both of us are artistic types. We?re looking for someone who?s just a real person, easy going, low maintenance, good vibes, respectful of the living space, all that fun stuff. We're easy to get along with so becoming friends shouldn't be hard. We'd like the full roommate experience, not someone who just lives here. Join us!
