ABOUT THIS LISTING
Enormous, light-filled master bedroom with a beautiful bay window available for an ASAP move-in. Located in a historic Crown Heights brownstone, the entire apartment was just repainted, redecorated and repaired last summer.

I'm listing the room because my long-term roommate left the city to wait out the crisis with her family. As such, it's just a one month sublet while I wait for her return, and I'm aiming it at people who may have been displaced due to all this craziness. The rent for the room has been discounted, and all utilities, including internet, are included. The room is available right now, since it's already empty.

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Kingston Ave. 3 train, a 7-minute walk from the Kingston-Throop C train, and a 3-minute walk from the B43 northbound bus to Williamsburg/Greenpoint. But hopefully you'll mostly be quarantining :)

The available room is huge. It will be rented furnished with a full-sized bed, two endtables, a large desk and an easy chair. The room gets beautiful light all day long thanks to the huge bay window, filled with plants, at the center of it.

I have two lovely cats, Samson and Boo. No other pets, please!

P. S. I am also planning on leaving the city for an extended period starting July 1 and will therefore also be listing my own smaller bedroom. If someone out there is looking for a longer-term sublet of an entire 2-bedroom, this would be a great option for you.
