Large Bedroom with 2 Closets, Crown Heights

Hi there! My roommate and I are looking for someone to take over the third bedroom in our awesome and spacious Crown Heights apartment! This is the largest bedroom in our apartment, and has two big closets, great light, and high ceilings. Move in date is ASAP, but flexible (and we will pro-rate it depending on move in). **if needed, we can offer you a queen size bed, desk, and tv stand for free**

Three minute walk from the 2345 to Franklin, super close to a lot of restaurants and great bars (we?re on Eastern Parkway). 8-10 min walk to the Botanic Gardens, Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Library, and the Grand Army Plaza entrance to Prospect Park.
The apartment itself has a large separate living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

About us: Queer friendly. We?re both social workers- he travels during the week and is away most weeknights. I work 10-6/7, generally from an office. We?ve lived here together for five years, and absolutely love it. This is a perfect place to move if you want more space but still have easy access to Manhattan and other parts of the city. We?re both laid back, clean, and respectful.
