Seeking Chill, Roommate, Eclectic/Clean Space

Hi! I am a bartender and visual artist/creative person living in Crown Heights. I have a cat. I am a chill and laid back person who likes to be around good vibes and positive energy. I like having space to decompress but also like to host friends occasionally and collaborate on creative projects. I am looking for a laid back and chill roommate who doesn't have a problem maintaining a tidy apartment (at least the common areas) and doesn't leave dirty dishes or food laying out. My ex-boyfriend is moving out and I am looking for someone to take over one of the rooms in this apartment. The room is HUGE and on the other side of the apartment - it is the first floor of a house and has an ENORMOUS backyard - the only thing is, to get to the backyard, you would have to walk through my (smaller) bedroom but we could work it out. I am looking for someone who is responsible and easy to get along with, being an artist is a plus okay with smoking or being around that type of environment. The apartment has a nice sized kitchen and dishwasher and also a decent sized living room/common space. I am looking to make this house a home full of new positive and creative energy where we can thrive and heal but also have space to feel like we live alone sometimes as well.
