I'm 31, white, m, straight, native new yorker, lived in crown heights for 5 years. Work in advertising research. Very steady income and credit etc. I'm clean respectful. And most people who get my sarcasm, still like me anyway :)
I'm a liberal progressive, science geek, basketball and bike riding on the weekends. netflix or out to dinner on week nights. I like to cook but I don't really cook too frequently during the week. and Love to travel.
I generally wake up 8:30am to shower and get out of the door by 9:20am. But I'm flexible to work with your schedules

Looking for a roommate(s) who is down to watch Black Mirror and have dinner in and cook once in a while but mostly has their own life like I do. Parties on weekends are cool but hopefully not on weeknights. People over whenever but just communicates well and keeps common area clean. 4,20 friendly but not pot head

My roommate tenets are: Communication and Respect. Vocalize any concerns and respect each others concerns, space, property etc. I'm very respectful and make an effort to make sure everyone is comfortable

I like to keep the common area CLEAN and put things away when I'm done with them, and expect the same from you. I get along with everyone from all walks of life but NO Trumpers.
