Very quiet at home, though I do have friends over for brunch or a low-key drink most weeks. Always been super communicative with my roommate and we talk things out immediately - no post it note wars, just being adults. I've had a couple cleaning jobs throughout the years and keep things pretty shiny out of habit. You don't have to be flawless but should definitely be an adult who does their dishes and knows where the broom is.
My roommate is gone from Jan 15- March 1, and can either sublease for that term or from January 1st.
