Looking for a roommate in a 3 BR beautiful Crown Heights apartment for a August 1 move-in date. Strong preference for someone who can commit to a one year stay.

You'll be renting one of three bedrooms in a beautiful (and spacious!) apartment, conveniently located near transportation - steps away from the Franklin Av (2/3/4/5 - 4 blocks away) and President Street (2/5 - 2 blocks away) train stops. It's also within walking distance to Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, the Brooklyn Museum, and incredible restaurants and bars you'll come to love (if you don't already) on Washington and Franklin Avenues.

The apartment:
This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment was gut renovated and has kitchen appliances in great condition and modern finishings. The open kitchen/living room space gets lots of light and is very spacious. There's even a small balcony area (with a grill!) off the living room. The neighborhood is safe and your neighbors (mostly old/long-time residents) are cordial.

The room ($1,525/mo) - move-in ready:
Very spacious and located away from the street. The room has good natural light, is extremely quiet, a big closet and can easily fit a King-sized bed, a desk, dresser, and nightstand. You have your OWN bathroom with a full sized tub and a separate full sized shower.

The roommate:
Two early 30 something young professionals. One guy and one girl. We're respectful, easy going and excited to meet our next roommate!

You'll pay the first month's rent and a security deposit (one month's rent) upon move-in.
