We're looking for relaxed people that are respectful and clean up after themselves. Your room has a private backyard exit with seating and small table so you can enjoy the outdoor space in the warm weather.

Rent includes all utilities including wifi internet, heat/AC, electricity, and paper goods like toilet paper and paper towels. Washer and dryer free for use in apartment, comfortable beds and queen mattress, good closet space. Furnished with night table and lamp. The entire apartment has been recently renovated with brand new construction.

Couples welcome, add 100 to monthly rent. $500 security deposit required which will be returned at the end of your stay given there's no damage and giving of 30 days notice if you're leaving.

Common areas like the kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned by a cleaner who comes 1-2 times per week, and this is all included in your rent. However house rules are you must clean up after yourself if you cook or make any messes. You will have access and use of the kitchen, living room, and use of the 2 full bathrooms within this apartment.
