The room:
This room is available in a 2 bedroom apartment located in the Franklin Avenue area of Crown Heights. It's approx. 8'x12', but comfortably fit a queen sized w/ bed frame, a dresser, a 55" TV, and other bookcases. It also has an air conditioner unit left behind! The previous occupants were a couple who lived here for 4 years.

Transit:
The apartment is in walking distance to the Franklin Av C stop on Fulton, and the Franklin Av 2/3/4/5 stop on Eastern Parkway. You can also access the Franklin Shuttle to easily get to the Q/B lines at the Prospect Park station. We also live on the B65 bus route, a personal fave.

Neighborhood:
There are many great bars, restaurants, and shops in the neighborhood, and the apartment is located next door to both a cute Italian cafe (Albero) and the Berg'n beer hall. A nice grocery store is located one block over (Gala Fresh on St. Marks), and two laundromats are a block away. There is also an awesome Crossfit box a block north and a barbell club down the street (Crow Hill Crossfit and Murder of Crows Barbell Club), as well as walking distance to a Planet Fitness and the BedStuy YMCA.

Me:
I'm a 32 year old gay guy who is also the proud father of 3 cats. Don't worry, I'm not a cat hoarder...I just ended up with a small cat family after taking in a pregnant kitty. I'm pretty clean, enjoying a tidy home overall, and I am very conscious of keeping up after the cats. I like to think of myself as pretty easy going and chill. I work full time and spend most of my days at work and then the gym.

You:
I basically just want someone who is respectful of others, being fairly clean and quiet(ish). I try to be respectful of others around me, so I just want the same.
