available for sale from the previous roommate
- Building has shared (unfinished) rooftop access with sweeping views of lower Manhattan; same view as the
room itself!

About the location:
- Located directly on the Brooklyn Waterfront, approximately 1 mile south of the Brooklyn bridge
- F/G train access via Bergen or Carroll Street stations
- 2/3/4/5 also available via walk to Borough Hall station; A/C/R at Jay St. via B61 bus

About me:
- I'm a higher education professional who moved to Brooklyn a year and a half ago from Louisville, Kentucky.
Looking for a roommate who is reliable, kind, and although we don't necessarily have to hang out socially,
safety and comfort in my home is my number one priority. My current roommate (who is relocating) and I have
kept our privacy while maintaining a fun, cordial, clean and respectful home environment with fantastic
communication. I'd love to continue that with my next roommate.
