- This is 1 room currently available in a 3 bedroom apartment.

- ALL utilities are included

- Apartment is located within 1 block of the F/G and about a 8-10 minute walk to the A/C, 2/3/4/5, and R.

- This is ideally for a 1yr sublet though we are open to 6 months minimum

It's a bit long (I know, lol!) but intentionally filled with lots of info as I am aiming to find extremely responsible, chill and easy going people to move into my humble abode. Truly looking for a great roommate who knows how to pitch in and values coming home to a clean, relaxed and drama free environment.

ABOUT ME.
I'm Ruby, in my 30's and have lived here for 10 years. I love this apartment and love the neighborhood even more! I am hoping to find a new roommate who will not only treat the apartment well but also be respectful of the neighbors and the building. This building is quiet with working professionals, young families and some elders who have lived here for many decades.

ABOUT ANASTASIA. Anastasia is from the DC Metro area, in her 20's and a model. She is friendly and quiet and goes to bed and wakes up early due to her schedule. She love cooking, reading, animals, and music and prefers a clean and quiet environment, especially in the morning.

ABOUT HARRISON. Harrison is from Connecticut, mature, in their early 20's, currently studying design and working for a CPA. They are friendly and sociable with loads of personality and is part of the LGBTQ community. They enjoy being out and about exploring the city with friends and coming home to chill and study.

We are open to ALL but the room is single occupancy!

ABOUT THE ROOM.
note: pics show the room fully lived in, not all furniture/decor shown in pics will remain for rental
- $1295 a month, *including utilities
- Largest bedroom of the three at 12'-0 x 10'-3"
- Furnished with a full sized bed with foam mattress (bedding not included), bedside table, wall closet system with drawers, storage cabinet and small hanging wall desk, arm lounge chair
- Window A/C Unit, there is no other A/C included in the apartment
- No built-in closet, but a full wall closet system is included
- 2 Large double hung windows and its own heater
- Utilities included are: gas, wifi and *electric
*electric included up to an average per month, anything over that average will be additional
- A security deposit of $1295 is due 12hrs upon agreement to move in to secure the room as yours, for all listings to be removed and for all future showings to be cancelled

ABOUT THE APARTMENT.
- There is a lovely living room, an eat-in kitchen, and a full bathroom
- 3rd floor in a walk up building, so 2 flights of stairs and no elevator, but you get used to it☺
- Common areas are furnished
- No laundry in the building but closest laundry is on the next block and there are lots of drop-off options nearby
- Awesome live-in super who's been in the building for more nearly four decades and takes great care of us!

There's an awesome Trader Joe's within 5 mins walk and a TON of shopping on Fulton Mall and City Point where you'll find Target, another larger Trader Joe's, Dekalb Food Hall, C21, Nordstrom Rack, the list goes on! There's also a charming local movie theater, Cobble Hill Cinemas, that is nice and small but you still have the Alamo Drafthouse Movie Theater within walking distance at City Point as well, you really get the best of both worlds here. Apartment is in a renovated prewar building located on a quiet, tree lined residential block and only steps away from all of the restaurants, bars, and boutique shopping of Smith, Court and Atlantic Streets. This is the best neighborhood in Brooklyn and perhaps the best in all of NYC.. yup, I said it, lol! But seriously, it's a lovely area with a comfy vibe that feels like a little escape from the city, but is so close at the same time with lots of new places always popping up!

HOPEFULLY YOU ARE.

- Drama-free // Respectful // Gainfully Employed
- Ideally looking to stay for a year
you will not be joining the lease, but you will sign a roommate agreement
- Able to provide a few references
- Have NO pets and do not smoke (at least not inside)
- Understanding of the fact that if you have a significant other he/she should only be spending the night once or twice a week

And are generally someone who keeps yourself out of situations that will ever have anyone getting middle of the night phone calls or needing to post your bail, know what I'm sayin' ;)
