$1350/mo - 3 rooms in a 5B2.5BA apt in Brooklyn!

Hello! We are looking for 3 subletters to fill our rooms in a 5 bed, 2.5 bath triplex. We have loved staying in this apartment for the last 1.5 years but life has taken each of us on our next adventures! The two girls staying are young professionals, age 23 and 25.

We are open to subletting the three rooms out to a group of friends or to individuals (please state which room you're interested in). The sublet would be for Mar 1 - Jul 31, with opportunity to resign ~2 months before the lease end date.

The apartment is a steallll...
- ideal location: at the intersection of Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Prospect Heights (cross streets are Washington Ave & Fulton St). Close to shops, grocery stores, and plenty of things to do!
- incredibly convenient to trains (less than 20 min commute to Manhattan): <1 min walk from A & C lines at Clinton-Washington Ave station, 6 min walk from G line at Clinton-Washington Ave station
- in-building laundry, bike room, and communal rooftop
- individual A/C and heating units in each room!
- utilities are already set up and range from $40-75/month

Bedroom #1 (photos of this room is included in this post) - $1350/month:
- sun-filled top-floor room with 2 floor to ceiling windows and one skylight - seriously, you're plants will thrive in this room!
- this room is located on top of the spiral staircase - moving furniture up and down the staircase requires extra hands. therefore, priority will be given to anyone who will take the room furnished with a discounted price on the furniture
- flexible move-in between Feb 15 and Mar 1

Bedroom #2 (photos to be uploaded soon) - $1300/month:
- first floor room
- comes unfurnished
- move-in on Mar 1

Bedroom #3 (photos to be uploaded soon) - $1350/month:
- you will get the entire basement floor, including the bedroom and half-bath
- comes unfurnished
- move-in on Mar 1

You will thrive in this apartment if you're:
- female young professional in their 20s
- either a group of friends or an individual interested in co-living with four others
- respectful of communal space and living with others (it is a 5-bed after all)
- friendly but not looking to bring the party home
- not a meal-prepper: we have nothing against meal-prepping but due to the nature of it being a 5-bed, it will be near impossible to fit a whole week's worth of meals in the communal fridge shared with 5. if you plan on meal-prepping, we recommend bringing a mini fridge!
