Brownstone Duplex share /private room and bathroom

The space: You'll awaken to birds chrirping in a spacious and sunny apartment less than a mile from Prospect Park available September 1.
Me: Tending to business and family matters for a few months but available to be onsite as needed.
Your apartment mate: A mature over 50+ school teacher that is out all day during school year. Perfect If you work from home.

You: CLEAN, (ie no dishes in the sink, clean bathtub, recycle.....), respectful, and just brings good energy into the shared apartment. If you’re hesitant on any of those words to describe you, that's ok, but this won’t be the right fit :)

The room is on the parlor floor of the brownstone so 9.5 ft high ceilings and narrow (10 x 16') morning sun, comes nicely furnished, and works best if you do not have a lot of stuff.

Shared household expenses average about $150/250 per month depending on AC usage etc

Really just want low-key person who meets the above description, and enjoys their privacy yet has an option to socialize in an outdoor setting with a BBQ and fire pit.
