A small bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment, the room is ready for your futon or full sized bed. Comes furnished with a shelf and chair. The room has a closet and 2 windows that look out on a neighboring playground. The rest of the apartment is fully-furnished and kitted out with kitchen stuff. There is laundry on-site, and the Nostrand Av G nearby.

I am Rachel, a 2nd year MFA student at Pratt aged 40. My partner Steven may move in with his small lab, Mikey. We’re both low key at home and love a chill space, clear communication and respect of space. We may try to have a games night with you occasionally and love to laugh. I’ll be intensely engaged with my studies, which may end up at home. Chances are though that it’ll just be me (Rachel) sharing the apartment. I teach singing online and Steven is a general contractor.

We’re both vaccinated.

The room would be great for a fellow Pratt student or a professional. No parties in the house, pls. We’re queer & BIPOC and have a great sense of humor.
