Have your very own sunlit room and private bathroom in beautiful Clinton Hill! Room is semi furnished (bed, rug and desk will/can stay) please bring own bedding. I can also supply unfurnished if you prefer. Bedroom has TWO windows and private full bath! The whole apartment has been newly renovated and the bath has a walk in shower and is fully tiled. The windows face south and west so you get a ton of afternoon sun and not direct sun in the morning. Blackout curtains also included

The apartment itself is spacious, newly renovated, and south facing. It has new appliances: large fridge, dishwasher and gas stove. Kitchen is fully equipped for the most part. The living room is spacious and open to kitchen. There is also a hall bath which is mainly mine but of course you can use it too if you wish. Hardwood floors throughout, sunny and lovely. Bedrooms are also on opposite sides of the apartment, so there's a lot of privacy.

The building itself is on a gorgeous treelined street. It is very well kept with a live in super. It has an elevator as well which is great for the lazy like myself. It is located less than a short block to the C train at Clinton Washington stop and a 5 min walk to the G. It's at the absolute perfect location actually-- walking distance to Fort Greene, Prospect heights, Downtown Brooklyn and Bed Stuy. Also walking distance to Pratt. There are tons of bars and restaurants nearby and a grocery store less than a 3 min walk.

And finally for a little bit about me: I'm an architect and have been living in the city for 5 years now. Originally from Kansas, I've made this my home. I travel frequently as my bf is going to Duke for his Master's. I like to cook but am not the best. This kitchen is great for cooking though. I spend my weekends with friends, in the park, I'm a homebody in an extroverted city so I can be out a lot or home a lot.. it really depends. I am looking for someone who respects their space and home.
