I am looking to fill a remaining spot on a lease renewal from 8/1/2020-7/31/2021. The room has a good amount of natural light, and the option of coming furnished with a full or twin size bed and standing clothing storage. Air and heat can be individually controlled by room. Shared full kitchen/hallway area, two full bathrooms and in-unit washer/dryer. One of the bathrooms can be claimed as private for a slightly larger share of the rent. Cats and small dogs are allowed by approval. The unit is a third floor walkup, in a recently renovated building with like new furnishings. Just across the street from Pratt, it is right on Myrtle, so groceries and cafes are right at the front door. Steps from the B54, near B38 (1block). Easy access to Classon G (3blocks), Clinton/Washington G(3blocks), Clinton-Washington A/C (15min walk). Basic utilities included, including WiFi.
We are both quiet, respectful, full-time Pratt students. I cook often but otherwise keep to myself most of the time. We will both be taking hybrid courses so will most likely be at home a decent amount. I am looking for quiet, clean roommates who aren't looking to constantly have a lot of people over. I hope we can share a home together!
