My apartment is in a luxury building in Clinton Hill. Neighboring neighborhoods are Fort Green, Prospect Heights and Bed-Stuy. The apartment is a 3 minute walk from the B52, 8 minute walk to the C/A line and 20 minute walk to Barclay Center. It?s a duplex 3 bedroom apartment with 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. The person moving in would be sharing the apartment with two female educators. One is originally from Texas and the other from Massachusetts. The building comes with several amenities such as, a gym, laundry room, gated courtyard, game room, study room, rooftop with an indoor lounge area attached that can be reserved for resident entertainment. The apartment is very modern with stainless steel appliances, comes with a dishwasher. On the main level is the kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms (the room for rent $1,225 is on this level). Downstairs on the basement level is the living room, half bathroom and the largest bedroom. The entire apartment, including the bedrooms come with central AC/heat with their own monitors.
