One Room out of a 4 Bedroom/1 Bathroom apartment available for temporary rent (April 4 up to June 31) OR longer term rent (resign after June for another year if you like the place/roommates)
For 925/month ****(I am willing to negotiate pricing for the first 3 months if that is an issue - I need this taken ASAP - I am moving out because I can no longer afford to pay rent right now in the middle of the shutdown)
10 minutes from Classon G, 10 minutes from Franklin C
Some parking on the street usually available if you need it
No laundry in building, two laundromats within the block
Comes with bed and a closet and window is south facing (wonderful sunlight)
The kitchen and living room is shared.
1-3 other female roommates may be in the apartment during the first three months, but normally it will be 3 others
1 bathroom with toilet, sink, and bath/shower
Needs to go ASAP, although we need to meet first for introductions prior to move-in
* Possibility for longer term - April through June goes to the end of the lease. If all goes well, you could resign with the three other roommates for another 12 month lease after
