The room is available December 1st, as a long term sublet (month to month). The 3 bedroom unit is located on the fourth floor of a a pre-war building with an elevator. The room is fairly large with 9'+ ceilings and will be unfurnished. The apartment has a large living room with 1 large window and two smaller ones, and is newly fully furnished. We have a full size kitchen with standard size refrigerator, full pantry and storage, and a full 4 burner range/oven. The bathroom pretty large with full size tub/shower, vanity and standard toilet. The building has laundry in the basement, a separate entrance for delivery (and move in) and outdoor bike storage in a private courtyard.

The neighborhood
We are in the thick of a thriving, popular, safe, beautiful family-oriented and youthful neighborhood located in Clinton Hill, but is really on the intersection of Clinton Hill, Ft Greene, and Prospect heights. The nearest subway is the Clinton Washington stop on the C train, which is half a block away and the G train which is 2 blocks away. The Barclay center/atlantic terminal is also about a 10 min walk. The area boasts a balance of upscale restaurants, grocery stores, and happening bars.

ABOUT THIS LISTER
You'll be sharing the apartment with 2 female roommates, both working professionals in their early 30's, in creative professions. On weekdays we like to keep a quiet, low key atmosphere, and on the weekends like to go out exploring and being active. We're pretty busy and like our space to feel like a home, somewhere to recharge in. (We're looking for someone who won't bring the party home.) No couples please.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
To move in, we will require first month rent (at least on day of move in) and a security deposit equal to first month rent as soon as possible to secure the room. Utilities are included.
