I have a lease with 8 months remaining at Common CoLiving Grand that I am looking for someone to take over. The lease ends May 27th, 2020 and ideally the subletter could take over the lease starting October 1st 2019, however the date is flexible and negotiable. The rent includes all utilities, Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning. The house has 5 floors, and the room is on the third floor; kitchen and living room are on 2nd floor.
The room itself has an en-suite bathroom so you'll have your own bathroom and a relatively large bedroom about 250 sqft. The kitchen and living room are shared. There's a lounge in the basement with free laundry, and there's a rooftop.
The house is right in the middle of Clinton Hills and is a 5-min walk to Clinton-Washington subway stop on the C line.
The potential tenant would have to go through the background/credit check and standard leasing process through Common.
