We have a beautiful sunny bedroom available in our 3-bedroom Carroll Gardens apartment starting May 1st. You'll be subletting from the current tenant with the possibility of signing onto a one-year lease starting August 1st. Rent is $1000 plus utilities, which are usually around $80 per person and $25 for the monthly cleaning woman we hire (she's fantastic), along with a $900 security deposit. We are on the top floor of a 3-story Brownstone in a prime CG locations: Three blocks from the F/G at Smith-9th or a few extra blocks from the Carroll stop. There is laundry around the corner as well as tons of great restaurants, bars, and shops along Court and Smith. Trader Joe's, Cobble Hill Theater, etc. are only a 20 min walk!

**Bed Frame (full), night stand, full length mirror, and dresser are free if needed**

Looking for a female roommate. You'd be sharing the place with two ladies, both in our mid-thirties. I am from California and work in HR at an ad agency, and the other is from Toronto and works as a writer. We both have pretty normal works schedules Monday- Friday, but are out of the house a lot of the time. When we're home, we like to cook, enjoy a nice glass of wine in the evening, and watch bad TV on occasion.
