Cute Carroll Gardens Bedroom - 1 Yr. Lease!

I'm leaving my current lease and looking for someone to be added to the lease officially starting August 1st.

Nestled just 1 block away from the Carroll St. F/G train stop, this apartment has been my favorite thus far since I moved to NYC. You have 3-4 different markets within a 5 minute walking distance, tons of bars and restaurants (including the famous Lucali pizza joint) at your fingertips. Neighbors are all incredibly friendly, and the streets are lined with gorgeous old brownstones. You're near some of Brooklyn's longest-standing small businesses, with charming facades and street fairs on the weekends in the summertime. Amenities for this apartment include:
- Washer/Dryer IN UNIT
- Dishwasher
- Door buzzer with a camera
- Heat/Hot water included in rent

My roommates are 2 sweet girls in their mid-twenties, one of which I've known since I moved to NYC. They both have professional jobs, so a 9-5 lifestyle would fit nicely in this setup, as they typically are winding down around 10pm during weekdays. The apartment is very clean, and we generally share a few common items (olive oil, paper products, dish soap, salt, etc). We take turns buying these staples every so often, and generally don't mind if your room is messy so long as you keep the common areas clean! Guests are always welcome so long as you give enough notice to the girls. No pets, no smoking inside.

The apartment was fully renovated when I first moved in (2 years ago) and has fully updated appliances and dry wall. My room in particular (the one available) is the only one with exposed brick :)
