I'm looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease agreement from Oct 1 - Mar 31 (6 months).
This is a 3-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment on the first floor of a renovated townhouse in Bushwick, Brooklyn. There's a backyard, modern AC units, and a laundry machine and dryer in the basement. The apartment is close to supermarkets, delis, laundromats and a small park.
The room would come unfurnished but I'm open to selling the bed.
Closest subway lines are Halsey St J (2 blocks away) and Halsey St L (5 blocks away).
You would live with one female and one male roommate working in education and DEI, respectively. They're laid back, clean, friendly and active outside the house. The household is BIPOC, LGBT+ friendly.
Application only requires completing an application form and providing ID. Rent would be paid through the management company's platform. Utilities are paid through one of the roommates.
