Spacious basement studio with your very own half bathroom and private entrance in Bushwick, a 4-minute walk to the L and J trains, and a 10-minute walk from the AC. Massive park which includes a track and field outdoor workout as well as a basketball court is located on the same block as the apartment. Two quality bodegas situated on the same block and open late at night with a plethora of other diverse food options that include Middle Eastern, Mexican, Caribbean, etc. Community and social life in this area is also thriving as there are a bunch of great cafes, a comedy club is located a few blocks away and there are several bars and clubs within walking distance.

The apartment will be shared by two other tenants (including myself) we both work all day and are not home very often so if peace and quiet are your thing this is the place for you. Both of us are pretty outgoing and social so when we are home it's a good vibe. Kitchen is located directly upstairs from the basement studio. Neither of us cooks so if you do it'll always be available to you.
