1 Bedroom in Quaint Bushwick Apartment available!

Hi, My name is Seb and I'm moving out come June so the apartment is looking for a new tenant to take over my room and part of the lease. My bed is available for sale for $500; its a like new purple mattress + box spring + frame. The mini couch can be free, as well as the desk. The lease begins July first and the new tenant would be possible to move in late June at the earliest. Information about the apt can be seen below:

Cost:
$800 per month for rent + utilities. (split 4 ways, normally around $100 per person)

About the current Flatmates:
2 of the current flatmates will be staying for the next part of the lease. 2 (1 being me) will be leaving. One of the staying flatmates identifies as LGBT, so the new flatmate must be okay with that. Both are super chill people and they want to keep the vibe as such with the new flatmates. One works from home and the other is very active and out often.
