2Large Rooms Available In Bushwick House W/Yard

Walking into the bedroom

LOCTED ON VAN BUREN AND BROADWAY, 3 BLOCKS FROM THE KOSCIUSZKO J - I have two large bedrooms available on the first floor of my 2 story, 4 bedroom home. Both bedrooms can fit a queen - king sized bed with plenty of space to include a desk, a dresser (or two) , chairs, art work, a tv etc + there is a nice sized closet. The bedrooms are both 18.7 x 8ft of free floor space (not counting additional footage for the closet !) w/ 9ft ceilings. The current set up was a couple that rented both rooms. One was their office (which I've included photos of) and the other was the bedroom (bigger in size but one less window - so just the windows at the end of the room)

There is a full bathroom on the first floor as well with a nice sized tub and great water pressure w/ lots of hot water. There is also an additional 1/2 bathroom downstairs for me and the other roommate whose bedrooms are both downstairs. We have a W/D in unit, plus lots of living room space, a lovely backyard, decent sized kitchen, TV w/ netflix, hulu etc + central heat and A/C.

I'm opened to having another couple but only if they were to rent both rooms at a total of $2250. Otherwise each room is $1125.
