Looking to fill one room for a lease takeover/reassignment from February 1st until November 30th, 2022. The living space consists of a large and updated kitchen with granite counters, a new stainless steel set—stove and refrigerator; a large dining room with an entire wall of exposed brick, and another smaller living room that can double as a guest space with double doors and sunny windows. Original wood floors, high ceilings, large windows. The two bathrooms each have a tub and shower. There are 5 shared storage closets throughout the apartment. First floor with laundry in unit, and a large yard! There are garden beds already in place in the yard and some large trees with nice foliage. The building is well cared for and the landlord is very kind and respectful.

Your room measures about 12.5x9 ft, has a partially exposed brick wall, a large window, and a tall closet with plenty of hanging space and three shelves. Your window view is to the garden with trees.

There are a set of steps into the building, though it is the first floor, so not entirely accessible.

If you think the space sounds dreamy, your two roommates are what really make the home. Two creatives: one in grad school focusing on live event production and creative direction, the other a writer and rock climber working on a book. The house values open communication, kindness, respectful use of shared spaces, consideration of noise, and cleanliness. This is not a place for partying, however company is more than welcome. Just to note, it has been an absolute pleasure living here and I hope to find someone who will add to the dynamic!

Both roommates are very caring, easy-going, fun, make time to hang out, and are also very focused on big projects and work. Two very driven people and supportive roommates!
