Room w/ private bath

Hi!

My current roommate will be moving out come December and I am looking for someone to take over her share of the lease. The apartment is a 2bd/2bath with W/D in unit. The rooms are on opposite sides of the apartment so we never have to feel like we're on top of each other.

Since this would be a lease takeover, you have to meet the 40x rent rule (80x for guarantors) and have a stable income and credit score. The current lease ends in May 2022, and depending on certain factors, I would be interested in renewing the lease. We are responsible for electric and wifi, but utilities don't tend to go over $100 pp. (Ideally you'd take over handling the wifi)

As for me I'm a 25 year old Brooklyn native and I currently WFH 3-4 days a week. I like for common spaces to be clean, so I make it a habit to pick up after myself. In addition to this, I try to clean weekly and prefer a roommate that does the same. Since my current roommate and I furnished the apartment together there will be items that would have to be replaced when she moves out, so if you can contribute some appliances and furniture, even better! I am mostly quiet and keep to myself, I am usually in my room working or gaming. I also enjoy listening to music so you may sometimes hear that, but the walls are pretty good at dampening noise (and hooray for not having to share a wall). I occasionally have friends over on the weekends as well. I am fully vaccinated and it is important that you are too.
