ISO Queer roommate for Bushwick apartment

Hello! My roommate and I recently had the third person on our lease drop out last minute, and we're looking for someone to sublet the room. Rent is $900/mo plus utilities. It's a 3rd floor walkup. Looking for someone who can move in ASAP. We're both queer and we would really love whoever joins to be LGBTQ+ as well.
The apartment is located in Bushwick, about a 10 minute walk from the Central M stop and the Kosciuszko J stop. There's laundry in building, we have a dishwasher, and AC in every room. The room is the biggest room in the apartment. Its window faces a wall but it has a cute little skylight so the room still gets a good amount of light during the day.
A little bit about us: I'm Mel (she/her) and my roommate is Elle (they/them). We're both in a counseling master's program. We're good friends and looking for someone we can be friends with as well so everyone can feel at home and at ease in the apartment. Communication is really important to us so we can avoid any roommate hostility and everyone has their needs met. We're not huge party people but we like to go out or have friends over when we can. Generally we're pretty much quiet by midnight and we like to be respectful of each other's needs when it comes to noise.
I also have a little cat named Chai, so you gotta be cool with cats. If you also have a cat we can probably make that work :)
