• 3 months of banks statement
• 3 months of pay stubs
• letter from employer
• picture or pdf of your credit score(600 & up)

Note to the following:
*will not take unemployment as source of income
*girls roommates are ALL male
*pets are welcome(mid-size)
*You will pay first moth rent(775) and deposit(775)
*the room is furnished and comes with a bed and AC
* need someone to move ASAP, 10th of this month being the latest day
* yo can stay as long as you want 1 month, 6 month, 1 year 10 years whatever..
* yes im willing to give a tour by face time
* 10 minute walk to the J and L trains

the ideal cadidate will have decent credit, be employed and is atleast 24 years old.

there are a few bars around the area & lots of 24 hours delis near by witch is very convenient

also you will be sharing the bathroom with 1 roommate
