Bright Private Room in Bushwick

Hello there! My name is Dante. I’m looking for someone to take over my lease (not sublet, actually sign a lease) for this bright Brooklyn room. The room features two windows, about 3-4 feet tall, that face the backyard. During the mornings and days, the natural light is amazing and in the evenings and nights you receive great shade from the large tree out back. There is a private bathroom with a full tub, and a cabinet under the sink. There is a split unit in each room (bedroom and living area) that provides AC, Fan, Dehumidifier, Heat and SmartHeat/Cooling and this is controlled by wireless remote. There is also a spacious closet in the room as well as 6 total outlets to plug in all of your goods. In the living area you will find all electric appliances, including a standard refrigerator, oven and range, a microwave, and a washer/dryer that is free to use. Water is included with the rent! The unit is on the top floor so there is a gorgeous skylight in the living area. The building is controlled access, with two locking doors to be granted access as well as a camera style door bell, which you can view and let guests in as you please. If interested, the lease term would be until May 31st, 2022 at which point you will be able to sign on for another year.
