Nonbinary Lesbian Seeking Two LGBTQ+ Roommates

Hi there! My name is Livia, or El. I am a 25 year old nonbinary lesbian (she/they) seeking two lgbt+ roommates to move into my furnished apartment August 1st (although one month is flexible with the move in and can be moved into earlier if you need!) and sign on to a 12 month lease with me.

About the apartment: Two bedrooms both priced at $850. Located in a fantastic and very convenient area of Bushwick, it’s off the myrtle-broadway M/J/Z train stop (so close you can see it from our doorstep!) and a 15-20 minute commute into lower Manhattan. The apartment is on the second floor, but there are very few stairs. There is individual air conditioning in every room so you are able to control the temperature in your room however you like! In addition to a grocery store a less than five minute walk, there are also tons of bodegas, restaurants, fun nightlife spots, and very cool shops all in the neighborhood. Although both rooms are listed as August 1st move in, one is available to be moved into ASAP. If you would like to move in sooner than August 1st, you would be briefly living with me and the roommate who is packing to move out.

About me: I am a fully vaccinated 25 year old nonbinary lesbian working towards becoming a clinician! I have two sweet kitties named Robert and Cookie who you would also be living with. In my spare time I love to learn languages, do drag, paint, and take film portraits. I love to cook and bake and will do both for roommates too! I am smoke friendly if that’s your thing (although I’m not a big smoker myself, I don’t mind living with others who are!) I am friendly and down for roommate hangs but also love my downtime too.

About you: I am looking for fully vaccinated roommates able to sign on to a 12 month lease who are respectful, openly communicative, and consciencious of the shared space. I wouldn’t classify myself as neat as a pin and I don’t mind the occasional clutter, but I am looking for people who can and will clean up after themselves and help out with household chores like sweeping, wiping down counters, pretty standard stuff.
