4 Bedroom Apt with Rooftop Garden in Bushwick

Join me living the urban gardener dream! 3 rooms are opening up on June 1st in my 4 bedroom Bushwick apartment, some of which are furnished. It is a 3rd/4th floor duplex with a private patio/roof garden, in-unit laundry, high ceilings and great light in the bedrooms. Cats and other small pets are allowed. The apartment is located a 7 minutes walk from the Wilson L stop and 15 minutes from the Chauncey J, and a short walk from three breweries, two coffee shops, The Muse, Nowadays and Father Knows Best. The apartment is rear-facing on a block with very little traffic, so it is pretty quiet aside from the occasional block party!

Room 2: $840, two north-facing windows, fire escape, closet, 9' x 10'
Room 3: $850, two north-facing windows, fire escape, closet, 9' x 11," fully furnished if desired.
Room 4: $950, 11' x 11, roof level with direct door to garden, two north-facing windows, no closet but the current roommate is leaving a wardrobe, fully furnished if desired, with potential for a mid-May move in.

This apartment has been my home base for two years, and I am looking for down-to earth, creative roomies to join me! I am a 25-year old artist working full time in the tv industry, and I spend my time making art, playing mandolin (during reasonable hours!), playing tabletop games, and gardening. I am looking for roommates who are respectful of quiet hours on week nights, but down to enjoy the communal living experience--I have a projector for movies, and space set aside on the patio for future gardening projects! (I am 1/2 vaccinated, and get COVID tested twice a week at work!) I believe in direct communication and hope to create a space where we can be open and honest about our needs. LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly as long as smoking is limited to the fire escape or patio.
