We have one room soon-to-be available in our 3 BR Bushwick apartment as one roommate is moving out. Projected date of move-in would be May 1st, but there's some flexibility.
The building itself is very new (constructed in the last 6-7 years) and features a laundry room, a gym, a game room, a lounge, and a huge, fully furnished rooftop.
The living area is shared and the kitchen comes with an electric stove (no gas) and a dishwasher. The bathroom is spacious and has air-ventilation.
The bedroom can hold a full-sized bed with additional room for a desk and/or shelves.
Utilities: $60-$90 per person for electricity, $25 per person for gigabit internet, and we also tend to split groceries/essentials via CostCo/Instacart.
