Sunny Bushwick Loft

I’m moving out of my 3 bedroom 1 bath Brooklyn loft and am looking for someone to fill my spot starting April 15th or earlier with a chance to renew the lease in August. My roommate has been in this apartment for 2 years and put a lot of work into it to make the perfect escape from the busy city life.
Our current rent per person is currently $1425 plus utilities (water, electric, internet). Everything is split evenly between the 3 roommates. (OFFERING DISCOUNTED FIRST MONTH RENT FOR $525)!

The apartment itself is located on the 4th floor- elevator building. It is a beautiful plant filled oasis. It has its own giant private deck with an amazing view of the city that gets plenty of sunlight as well as a lovely spiral staircase. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances as well as a dishwasher. There is an eat-in bar area next to the kitchen and a high ceiling living room.

There is and AC/heat unit in the room that you will be able to adjust. You would be sharing the apartment (including 1 bathroom) with two other roommates in their late 20s and mid 30’s. The apartment is in the Glassworks building (glassworksbk. com) and comes with other amenities like a shared roof deck, yard, lounge, study, laundry room and gym.
