Hello! I have to move to DC for a job and am looking for a someone for a LEASE TAKEOVER! The lease ends at the end of July with the option of renewing.

Looking for an April 15th move-in.

The rent is $943.75 including water. The utilities & wifi are extra which range from $40 - $100 depending on the szn. You will pay first month & security deposit.

It is a 1 bedroom in a 4 bed 2 bath loft apartment with high ceilings. You will be sharing the bathroom with 1 other person. The kitchen & dining area are on the top floor and the living room is downstairs. There are 3 other roommates that mainly keep to themselves during the week but love to cook together and play games on the weekends.

The bedroom gets lots of sunlight, has its own private entrance and an a/c & heating unit. The building has amazing amenities! It has a laundry room, pool, gym, sauna, hot tub on the rooftop, and a rec room with a tv, billiards & foosball - W NO EXTRA COST!

I would prefer someone to buy the room furnished (will sanitize!) - bed, mattress, mirror, desk, rug, chair w faux fur, nightstand, rug, dresser, bookshelf, mounted cabinet, and mounted 40” tv - which are all new < 1 year for $800 (total is $2,200) - split payments can be discussed if needed. IF NOT, I can take my furniture with me

This building is in Bushwick off the Halsey L train stop. Lots of food to eat around and things to do. Nowadays is a 3 block walk & Queens Brewery is across the street, they have comedy & jazz nights (taking covid pre-cautions).
