2 rooms available in 3 room bushwick duplex

Hi all,
there are currently two rooms available on the top floor of this very spacious Bushwick duplex. I am an artist/bartender who uses the basement as a live in studio for painting. I'm hoping to help my landlord fill these rooms, as bills on my own can be a little hefty. (about $200 at worst before splitting) Each room is rented out separately and negotiations on price and length of lease MAY be possible. I will get anyone seriously interested in contact with the landlord.

A little about the apartment: It's located only a few blocks from the Dekalb L train and Knickerbocker M, as well as Maria Hernandez Park and a 24 hour grocery. There's a video intercom as well as monitored security cameras in and around the building. The living room comes mostly furbished but some things can be removed if needed. There is a sleeper sofa and air mattress available, as well as a mini bar and small dinning room table; perfect for hosting guests. The kitchen is also fairly well stocked with supplies and has plenty of counter/cabinet space. The backyard has some furniture and grills on hand as well.

A little about myself: I am a 35 year old artist and bartender who has lived in Bushwick for about 11 years. I have a very friendly well behaved dog and cat who spend most of their time in the basement with myself. I'm a bit of a night owl, but very quite and respectful of other peoples schedules. I enjoy cooking but generally do not do so every night, I tend to cook in bulk once every week or so as not to regularly crowd the kitchen. I enjoy occasionally having guests over and want roommates to feel comfortable doing the same! (that is to say, responsibly while covid lasts) I like a homey place though, so definitely do not want the apartment to become a regular party spot. Sharing a portion of the basement as a work station for another artist or musician might be possible at no extra charge.

Front room with HUGE closet: $1100 (first month FREE)
Back room with direct yard access: $1000 (first month FREE)

***A deposit of $500 dollars is required to apply. It takes about 24 hours for applications to be processed. Decent enough credit, proof of income and/or a co-signer is needed. The $500 will be returned if you do not qualify or go towards your rooms deposit if you do. (room deposits are equal to one months rent)***
