BEDROOM: large room with queen bed, new mattress, closet, dresser and vinyl player/speakers.
OFFICE: desk that fits two comfortably with a large monitor available for you to use.
LIVING AREA: sofa, bar cabinet, projector, 2nd vinyl player/speakers
KITCHEN: table with seating for 3, stocked pantry that you're free to use, eclectic mix of cooking equipment (food processor, pasta maker, ice cream machine etc.)
BATHROOM: small but has great shower with full tub and strong water pressure.

* non smoker, no pets, no kids and respectful of noise levels

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Deposit: 1 Month (will be returned upon inspection of apt)
Rent: $2,600/month (price includes utilities + discount for taking care of our plants)
Sublet Agreement: to be signed before you arrive w/ proof of income
