Hey everyone,

So excited to be listing our amazing room in "The Pink." We have a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment in an amazing location.

You will be 1.5 blocks for the J train at Chauncey.
4 blocks from the L at Wilson or Bushwick-Aberdeen.
10 blocks for the at Rockaway.

You are near all the local bodegas, restaurants and a community garden right on the block.

Ok but let's talk about the most important people, the roomies.

Que:
- Entrepreneur, star of the stars and all around badass. 28. Jamaican, male who sticks primarily to himself. He is the owner of Malti-poo mix, 'Uncle Luke' who basically runs the house. Deep in the hospitality/wellness lifestyle, most of his day will be in and out of the house with personal training clients, cooking or doing some form of movement. He has one room and private bathroom so you will only be sharing the bathroom with one another person.

Quanda:
- Entrepreneur, movement specialist and icon. 27. Female and runs a mini massage studio in the ground level of the house (more explanation on this in person). Quanda also runs/operates some parties throughout the space a couple times a month as an extension of the business. Also into wellness, a pro in energetic massages. You will share the full bathroom with her.

We have another half bathroom downstairs for just guests. A sprawling kitchen, dining and living room area fully furnished. If you were looking to bring a lot of furniture do not because we have it all. The one thing we would like would be some bar stools. (Come in person to see room since it is currently occupied).

We keep a very clean home, so honestly if you are laid back and wash dishes after a day or two, do not apply. Please reach out a time to see the apartment for move-in October 15th. You will be pro-rated for the month and then normal pay starting November. You will need one month security and pro-rated October rent for move-in. Proof of income and credit history as well.
