ONLY 1 FEMALE CURRENTLY LIVING IN THE APARTMENT (the one in my picture and she'll be doing the viewings)

Looking to sublet half of a renovated 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment, I no longer live in the unit and looking to fill the room ASAP. Each of the bedrooms is on separate ends of the apartment next to their private bathrooms. The space between (kitchen, dining, living room) is a shared space.
You will have your own entrance to the apartment and your private bathroom. Lots of privacy, access to the kitchen, shared appliances, TV, and cozy living room. I ended up moving out closer to work, but love this apartment and you definitely get the studio-like feel due to having your own bathroom!

As for your *potential* roomie~~ She's currently working from home and keep it pretty low key mainly in her room 80% of the time. Extremely respectful, clean, and easy going. We are definitely open to renting to couples if that's your situation.

LOCATION is Bushwick off the Dekalb L and Knickerbocker M stations. (On the same block as the L and only a five-minute walk from the Knickerbocker M)

So many great markets, shops, restaurants, bars and more just steps away! But far enough where you can relax if you're not into that scene

I've moved out already so the room is available now but we're open to October 1st. We can also do October 15th, prefer something sooner.

room is unfurnished and looking for someone who can stay until January 31st which is when the lease ends. This can be a nice tester to the area, and the vibe in the unit and building with the potential of passing on the lease to you if you love the place.
