Amenities include, security system, weekly cleaning, large backyard, a game room with HVAC featuring a ping pong table, a living room with large smart TV with Netflix, Hulu and YouTube, separate quiet study room with desks and chairs, separate dining room and 1 full kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, 2 additional kitchenettes.

The space is centrally located close to the J, L and M trains. It’s a short commute to the city and it is also near many restaurants, bars and shops in Bushwick.
