–The apartment is literally steps away from cool bars (Father Knows Best, Nowadays, The Evergreen, Industry 1332) and a short hop on the L to some of the absolute best bars in Brooklyn (House of Yes, the Johnson, Three Diamond Door)
–Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, Salud, Industry 1332, Houdini Kitchen Laboratory. Others again just a short hop on the L away.
–The area, is the most underrated part of Bushwick in my humble opinion!
–Despite all the cool stuff going on in the neighborhood, it's extremely safe.
