**Looking for a subletter for 1-2 bedrooms in a 2 bedroom apartment in Bushwick, opening up for July 1st!**

When: Available ~July 1st through September 30, with an option to renew for another year. If you need to move in earlier, let's discuss!

What: 2 bedroom apartment (but if you need just one bedroom that's fine), all hardwood floors, giant west-facing windows in both bedrooms, 8 unit building, comfortable roof deck with great Manhattan view

Where: Bushwick right by Flushing and Knickerbocker (close to Morgan and Jefferson L stops, ~12 min walk to Myrtle/Broadway JM)

Neighborhood: Walking distance to large, 24 hour supermarket, many restaurants and bars, Maria Hernandez Park, pharmacy, and Blink gym (when reopened).

Amenities: Dishwasher, Gas stove, New refrigerator, AC/heating wall units in every room, bluetooth speakers built into ceilings, laundry in building, virtual guard system to enter building, and again the rooftop views are pretty great, large closets in bedrooms.

The place comes furnished, but if you want it unfurnished, we can work that out as well. If you can only do a portion of the dates above, I'd still love to hear from you.

Rent for 1 bedroom is $1400, but I am willing to negotiate. Rent for 2 bedrooms is $2800, but again, willing to negotiate :).
