*I've lived here for 10+ years, great experience- safe, quiet, fun neighborhood, great community, easy to get to anywhere in the city, etc.

About what I'm looking for:
*I am open to a shorter term commitment (aka 6 months), this apartment could be a good short term solution as it is cheaper and the location is great, while you save for another place. I am also open to a year commitment so long as we have a good rapport
*Looking for someone quiet, respectful, tidy, friendly, mature, reliable
*No live in significant others
*Guests should be announced, I would extend the same courtesy to you as well
*No drama, chill + relaxed vibes, no passive communication ( direct, respectful)
*I work in retail, so I am out of the house 50+ hours in the week, usually from 9a-10a until 7p-8p. I like to stay busy, but I also really appreciate relaxing home moments. I appreciate a roommate who also prioritizes time outside of the house, as well.
*Not so into partying/ night life, but it is an ideal neighborhood to do so, so can appreciate it you love going out/ being social- just as long as you don't bring the party home, and are quiet/ respectful etc..
