Studio sized room in Bushwick!

Room & Lease

A large studio-sized room with ample sunshine is available!
My roommate is moving out before the end of May, so now I am looking for a respectful and clean person to take over the room. The lease ends at the end of June, so you will sign on a year lease from July 1st. (You can move in on June and pay a monthly rent)

The room is currently furnished with a queen-sized bed, a sofa, desk, TV unit, and bookshelves. With all of this furniture, you still have a space to put yoga mat and exercise. The kitchen is shared between all three roommates(Including you) and you will share the bathroom with one.
The rent is $870 and the utility will be 1/n (Normally, $80- $100 per person)

We are located around the corner from the J, Chauncey St. Station.
There are two supermarkets within walking distance, three if you count Rite Aid, and the J train is literally around the corner. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Lower East Side on the J and the A/C/L are 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment as well.

Roommates

I am a professional in mid-thirties and another roommate is a student currently studying for her master's degree. The student lady left the city early April and couldn't come back yet due to COVID.
I would prefer a roommate who is mature, responsible, and clean. Also, someone who can add calm and nice vides into the home.
