I?m moving out of my 2 bedroom and am helping my roommate look for someone to fill the second bedroom. The apartment and available bedroom will be unfurnished when I leave. You can really make this place your own.

It?s a beautiful recently renovated garden apartment in Bushwick. This is a quiet, clean, tree lined block off the Kosciosko J. The apartment is on the ground floor, landlords occupy top two floors. They are extremely kind and responsive. We have a great relationship with them. We share the backyard, but they mostly use their deck, so it feels very private. The apartment is sunny and cheerful. You will fall in love when you see it!

I was the first tenant in the apartment since it was renovated 2 years ago, and it still feels brand new.

Your future roommate is a student, teacher, and nanny, and is out of the apartment ?Monday-Friday?. You will have the apartment to yourself most of the time. She has degrees in women?s studies and data information systems, and is fluent in Italian, Spanish and English. She is looking for a roommate who is quiet and clean and treats the apartment like the peaceful home that it is.

We have a washer + dryer and dishwasher in unit. Central AC and heat. Utilities are usually about $80 per person per month.
