$1125 One bedroom with private bath available in B

Looking for someone to take a room in our Bushwick apartment starting March 1st, or potentially sooner. It?s a 3 bed, 3 bath with washer and dryer in-unit. The building was recently renovated and has only been lived in for a year. We have a virtual doorman, as well as central A/C and heat. The open room is in the front of the apartment, with two windows and a bathtub in the bathroom. It?s $1125 per month, and utilities tend to be $50-100 depending on the time of the year. First and security would be required to move in. The apartment is on Wilson Ave, 5 min from the Wilson L stop, and 12 minutes from the Halsey J/Z, and blocks to the B26, B20 and B60 bus lines. Close to many breweries, bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Option to sublet until we all resign July 1st, or even to take over the lease for the room if you make 40x the rent and have a 700+ credit score (guarantors are accepted). The roommate leaving is selling her queen size bed and mattress if you are interested/need a furnished room. The living areas will be entirely furnished.

The roommates that are staying are two women in their late 20?s/early 30?s with 9-5 jobs. We tend to keep to ourselves for the most part. I occasionally have friends or small gatherings in the apartment ? but always give the other roommates a heads up. We?re looking for someone in their late 20?s or older with a similar schedule to us, who also values keeping their space nice and is respectful of other people?s things. We?ve kept the apartment pretty nice, and would like to continue to do so. No cats (one of us is allergic!), but would be open to dogs on a case-by-case basis. Due to allergies we are not open to smoking in the apartment. I?ve only been in the city a year and I?d definitely like to having a roommate I can be a bit more social with from time to time!
